"Teaching is my passion. I see potential in each and every student and I derive immense satisfaction from helping them achieve that potential. In choosing to work with smaller classes, I can devote myself fully to teaching and guiding. I see the profound changes my students make. I focus on these small but life-enhancing changes to encourage my students to think of yoga and pilates as much more than simply a form of exercise. While teaching I hope to inspire people to take these improvements beyond the class and into their lives, to enrich, to challenge, to harmonize all they do on a daily basis."
